1. Deliveries and Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs:

To Peninsula are free from €150. With a cost of €12 if your purchase does not reach €150. In Europe they are free from €250. With a cost of €15 if your purchase does not reach 250 euros. The rest of the countries in the world have a cost of 30 euros.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

5. ReturnsReturn Policy:

We accept product returns within 30 days of delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@padict.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.

Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds :Once the return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, shipping and associated costs will not be refunded.
